How to choose correct polyester oxford fabric

Part 1

We can think about the usages:

1. For making bags/backpacks,you can try almost all kinds of our fabric.

Lining fabric 210D,outer fabric 600D with PVC/1680D with PU/900D with PU...

2. For making tent: There will be two kinds of tents (family tent and small tent).

Family tent usually has big size and use thick fabric like 600D or 900D with PU.

Small tent has to be light weight so 210T is a good choice.

3. For covers:If you want to produce covers, waterproof treatment is needed, fabric can be 210D or 300D high density.

Part 2

We can analyse the different markets to confirm the quality of fabric.

1. United States always need CA65 standard fabric.

2. Middle East market love 300D fabric with PVC coating.Because it’s cheap and easy to sewing.

3. Asia market usually do OEM for other end markets so it’s important to ask the final buyers about the quality.

4. Europe market need Rohs or REACH standard fabric,the best choice is PU coated fabric.
